Greg Bailey, CEO & Founder
Greg Bailey has been helping companies automate their Project and Portfolio Management processes since 1984. He has developed, managed, and led international teams and partners.
His career in project management has allowed him to work with industry leaders and visionaries and dramatically impact the bottom line. As Vice President of Application Lifecycle Sales at Platinum technology he led a global team of sales consultants to $130m in revenue. Greg managed all direct sales and the global reseller channel as Vice President of Sales of eLabor’s Resource Planning Division until the Enterprise Project product was acquired by Microsoft.

Lionel Hanley, VP of Marketing
Lionel has over 25 years of experience in software product marketing. He has demonstrated the ability to create new lines of business, establish brand loyalty, support sales, and impact the bottom line. Lionel cultivates relationships with customers, sales teams, partners, and prospects to capture new business, drive product requirements, and improve marketing and sales effectiveness. Greg says,

Recently, Lionel has been a marketing consultant for Watch Systems, Hyperion Solutions, and several technology start-ups. Previously, Lionel was VP of Marketing at Mongoose Technology, Product Marketing Manager at Quality Systems and Software, Product Marketing at CA, Director of Marketing at Platinum Technology, Director of Marketing at ProtoSoft, and Director of Marketing at GHG Corporation. While at Platinum Technology, Lionel worked with Greg to develop a solution selling training curriculum for the Application Lifecycle Division. Lionel then delivered training to the global sales teams.

Tad Haas, VP of Sales and Business Development
Tad Haas has over 20 years of enterprise software management, marketing and sales experience. He has demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets and increase product market share. Tad brings cross-team collaboration skills to influence sales, marketing, licensing, field and development. Tad is a recognized thought leader with strong demonstration and presentation skills built over years of public speaking.

Before joining SharkPro, Tad was Sr. Product Manager at Microsoft Corporation where he received the Certificate of Marketing Excellence 2011. Tad consistently delivered on commitments to drive Project Servers growth strategy, created the global EPM Customer Community, helped to improve Microsoft position with leading analysts and industry associations, and represented the Project Business as trained spokesperson and public speaker. Tad was part of the Project 2010 launch team and active with future release planning. He delivered an integrated marketing campaign and supplemental pricing strategies for “Project and SharePoint Better Together”. Tad was able to influence adoption and exceeded revenue targets. Previous field roles as a Solution Specialist for the Application Platform and EPM/PPM at Microsoft have helped him gain a clear business value perspective of technology in many industries.
Lou Bacchi, VP of Services and Operations
Lou Bacchi’s career includes over twenty years in a variety of business, technology and consulting management roles. He is recognized as an advisor to senior management and clients on the strategic business advantages of using portfolio management and information technologies to achieve financial and performance goals.

Lou has extensive experience in selecting and implementing technology solutions for sales, customer support, business operations, human resources, procurement, manufacturing, and project costing. Lou previously worked in senior roles at Cap Gemini Consulting, Wyeth and Microsoft Gold Certified Project Partners. He also held management positions at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and T-NETIX (a telecommunications services company).

Lou has worked closely with Microsoft’s Project Server Product team. As a participant in the Technology Adoption Program (TAP), Lou developed whitepapers and collateral for Microsoft Project 2007 and 2010. This deep product knowledge has made Lou a popular speaker for events, webcasts, and training for project and portfolio management audiences. Lou earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ and is a CPA. He is also a Microsoft Certified IT Professional in Enterprise Project Management. Lou lives in Denver where he enjoys the outdoor activities available year-round in Colorado.
Ken Mueller, Chief Financial Officer
Ken Mueller has over 25 years of Senior Finance, Accounting, and Strategic Planning experience in high growth Tech Start-up, Private, and Public Companies in domestic and global markets. He also has extensive experience developing and implementing US and International Shared Service Centers (Accounting, Tax, Payables, Billing, Payroll, HR, Customer Relationship, and Technology) for several global companies including Microsoft, Apple, Platinum Technology, Divine, and Galileo International.
Ken held the position of Chief Financial Officer, Microsoft Business Solutions in 2003/04, (now Microsoft Dynamics) a $700 million business unit. During his tenure with Microsoft Business Solutions, Ken led the effort to build out the worldwide finance organization, completed the integration of two businesses, and helped relocate a new finance Shared Service Center to Fargo, N.D. In addition as CEO, in two years he drove building a start-up to $20 million in revenue for a Software and Service Company FiNetrics, a Shared Service Center and new SaaS product using SAP and Microsoft .net products; he provided a demo of his product on the front stage of the San Francisco Dot.Net rollout in 2000.
Ken has experience in developing the financial infrastructure and discipline to support start-up companies growing revenue from zero revenue to $20 million, zero to $500 million, and midsized companies from $200 million to a billion. He has experience driving the strategy, infrastructure for growth, and exit strategies for several private and public companies, managing and implementing leading edge technology, and a leadership role in closing 75 US and International Mergers and Acquisitions. Ken is very excited to join SharkPro with Platinum Technology alumni’s Greg and Lionel with the goal to significantly work with the team to grow SharkPro’s current and add on product revenue and profitability over the next few years just like they did at Platinum!

James C. Brown, PgMP, PMP, OPM3
James has worked on projects and programs around the globe of various sizes ranging from $50K to over $3 billion. He has successfully built four PMOs from scratch and provided improvements in many more as a manager or consultant. His last PMO was recognized and awarded The 2009 International PMO of the Year from PM Solutions Research. His projects were in support of many different fields such as government services, military/defense, mobile technology, IT, industrial automation, aerospace and power conditioning. James holds a BA and MBA from the University of Houston, an Advanced Masters Certificate in Project Management and Masters Certificate in Program Management from George Washington University. James also holds PMP and PgMP certifications from the Project Management Institute, and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Certified Scrum Practitioner. “SharkPro Projects is an ideal way for small and medium sized organizations to quickly deploy project management practices that generate immediate benefits in a cost effective manner. James has over 20 years of project and program management experience with large and mid-size corporations such as Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Intel, Motorola, Ericsson, Nokia, Lucent, Nortel, Parker Hannifin, Rockwell Automation and Mentor Graphics.
Walter A. Viali, PMP
Walter is a Project Management and Project Management Office (PMO) Management Consultant, Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a background in different industries, which has included several domestic and international assignments. Walter is a Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) and Principal Consultant and co-founder of PMO To Go LLC. Walter has extensive knowledge and experience in strategic business planning, business reengineering, Information systems planning, portfolio management, process and project management, project management office (PMO) implementation and leading joint application development (JAD) sessions. He has significant experience in process and project management assessments based on the Software Engineering Institute’s Capability Maturity Model (SEI CMM) and PMI’s Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3).
Walter was an adjunct professor at the University of Houston College of Technology and has been quoted in several trade journals and books. Walter has made numerous presentations on strategic planning, application development strategies and business reengineering at many conferences, seminars, colleges and universities. He has also presented to several PMI Chapters and at the PMI North American Congresses in Houston and Anaheim. Walter was a member of the PMI team that authored the PMI OPM3 assessment standard. He was President of the PMI Houston Chapter in 2007 and is currently on the Board of the PMI Clear Lake / Galveston Chapter. Walter was also recently appointed by PMI to be the Region 6 (South Central) Component Mentor for 2011-2013.
Beth Britt, PhD
Beth Britt has over 15 years of leadership experience in all business technology disciplines, especially as a practice director and senior program manager with hands-on experience directing organizational and technology product life cycles. Beth’s expertise includes portfolio management and strategic planning, performance measurement, executive scorecards, project and program management, business process improvement, Six Sigma, and strategic enterprise technology consulting. She is passionate about helping organizations maximize the value of their "people assets" and has published papers and given numerous talks on these topics.
Beth served on Microsoft's Enterprise Project Management Product Advisory Council (EPMPAC) for five years and is a frequent guest speaker at Microsoft, PMI and Project Management user group conferences and events. Beth was a founder of the Inland Northwest Chapter of PMI and served as a past president. Beth holds a PhD in Computer Science, M.S. in Computer Science, and a B.S. in Political Science.
